Winner selection

Two potential winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on or about November 11, 2026.

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Feedback quality, positivity, or length does not affect winner selection.

Potential winners will be contacted only through LEROVA's official @LerovaTech X account, opens in a new tab and/or hello@lerovatech.com.

Potential winners will have seven calendar days to respond and complete eligibility verification. If a selected entrant is ineligible or does not respond, an alternate may be selected using the same random process.

Prize fulfillment

A public receiving address is requested only after verification.

No wallet address is collected during entry. After a potential winner completes eligibility verification, the winner will provide and confirm only a public Solana receiving address.

Exactly 1 SOL will be transferred to each verified winner. The ordinary network fee will be paid separately by the Sponsor/Operator.

Payout timing Awarded on the future official public launch day of LEROVA Trade, or by February 16, 2027 if launch occurs later.

2. Promotion period

The promotion opens October 26, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET and closes November 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. The Sponsor/Operator's designated records determine whether an entry was received within the promotion period.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the U.S. 50 states and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

4. How to enter

During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant must enter through the official LEROVA Founding Supporter Giveaway post published by @LerovaTech, follow @LerovaTech on X, repost that announcement once, and reply directly to that post with genuine feedback describing something they like about LEROVA or something they would like LEROVA to build.

Feedback quality, positivity, and length do not affect odds. Limit one entry per person. No purchase, payment, SOL transfer, wallet connection, wallet address, or trading activity is required for entry.

Automated, duplicate, multiple-account, fraudulent, manipulated, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize and value

Two verified winners will each receive exactly 1 SOL. The market value of SOL can increase or decrease before delivery. The ordinary Solana transaction fee will be paid separately by the Sponsor/Operator.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): US$101.59 per prize, based on the Coinbase SOL/USD reference price observed at 2:00 PM ET on October 26, 2026. Actual value at delivery may be higher or lower.

6. Random drawing, odds, and notification

7. Verification and receiving address

No wallet address is collected during entry. After eligibility verification, each potential winner will provide and confirm only a public Solana receiving address. LEROVA will never request a seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key, payment, SOL deposit, crypto transfer, or wallet connection.

9. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receiving or disposing of the prize. Sponsor/Operator may request information required for legal or tax reporting and will comply with applicable reporting or withholding requirements.

10. General conditions and technical issues

Participation constitutes agreement to these Official Rules and to decisions made by the Sponsor/Operator in administering the giveaway, subject to applicable law. The Sponsor/Operator may disqualify entries involving fraud, manipulation, abuse, multiple accounts, automation, or interference with the giveaway.

If technical failure, platform interruption, fraud, or another event materially affects the integrity or operation of the giveaway, the Sponsor/Operator may suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway and, where feasible, select winners from eligible entries received before the affected event, subject to applicable law.

11. Privacy

Information collected for eligibility verification, winner administration, prize delivery, and legally required tax or reporting purposes will be used for those purposes. A public Solana receiving address is requested only after verification and is not part of entry.
